The scope of work is agreement of what work will be done.

It can be an informal agreement or a formal agreement (within a written contract)

What is in a formal scope?

It can be definitive things like pages and functions, or changeable things such as pegs and chosen templates and details about the business.

Formal scopes should be as detailed as possible, so that it protects Starfish from scope creep.

What is NOT in the formal scope?

Never put a timeline since we work slowly (and that’s why our results are good)
