We need to sense what they think of us and try to improve their perception. A friendly and personal approach makes them more likely to keep us on, even when mistakes are made.

Budget Management

Some clients have yearly budgets, 

Some prefer to be given estimates before approval.

Others have monthly budget caps.

Reporting

Clients need to know what we’re doing so that they know we’re doing a good job and that everything is okay with their website.

Reports should be branded and have a consistent format. May include:

  • Site Downtime (uptime robot)
  • Maintenance and Improvement Activities 
  • Number of visitors
  • Digital Marketing activities
