You need to out how they occur and how long they will take to fix.

Fixing errors

Websites are complex arrangements of software made by different companies. They sometimes break because of software incompatibilities, and sometimes they are mistakes by part of the client or the developer. 

Charging the client

The client pays either a fixed price, once a quote has been given, or charged an hourly rate once an estimate of the time has been given.

Tracking down the problem

Tracking down the problem is often 90% of the work. Fixing the problem is usually quick.

Get browser details, screen recording.

Quality Assuring the fix

There may be several errors, or the error-may be partially fixed. There must be QA process done by someone other than the fixer to ensure nothing has been missed.

Create a staging site for fixing

We use a plugin called
