FigJam and Figma
Both software are created by Figma, their main product is called Figma, but we use FigJam more. Basic accounts are free.
Your FigJam and Figma boards are available from the same dashboard. Figma are Blue and FigJam are Purple icons
What is FigJam?
FigJam is our main tool for visual planning. It is like a virtual whiteboard.
We also use it for “Very Rough Layouts”
What you can do with it
With FigJam, the tools are basic. You can zoom in and out, make basic shapes, add comments, text boxes.
What is Figma?
Figma looks similar to FigJam but has a lot more features and is used to create Quite Rough Layouts and Smooth Layouts
What you can do with it
With Figma, you have a lot of traditional design tool functionality such as layers, image manipulation, better font control.
